Kari Overweg, Managing Partner of West Michigan Shredding, has dedicated her entire career to building a successful business that is not only resilient in the face of challenges but also grounded in values that stand the test of time. Together with her husband, Scott, who serves as General Manager, they founded West Michigan Shredding 20 years ago.
With Kari’s background in industrial administration and a shared entrepreneurial spirit, they created a family-owned and operated business that has thrived, serving clients across Michigan and Northern Indiana.
